Developed by Shuntiantong Real Estate Development Group (Grade-A qualification), Tiantongyuan spans 7.7 km², home to roughly 500,000 residents in 70,000 homes. A 2008 Olympic guarantee project, it earned the Luban Award, China's highest honor in construction.
